Our Story 

It all started with Founder and Director Paul Day. Following many years working in some of the busiest and well-respected Hotels and Restaurants in the midlands and after gaining a Rosette in 2004 for culinary excellence, Paul felt it was time to start thinking about starting his own company.  
In 2012 he got the ball rolling starting a company that stood for Excellence, Local Quality ingredients and Outstanding Service but most of all Pauls the Catering Company was created to cater for whatever the customer wanted. Nearly 5 years later Pauls still stands by those same values. 
We now offer a huge range of services from our traditional Wedding Catering, Party and Corporate catering to our newer Marquee and Bar services. There’s a lot more of us too now to cope with the demand.  
We have several full-time catering teams complimented with some wonderful part time staff that joins us in the exceptionally busy summer period. Totally bespoke and custom service is still the heart of our business and what we offer. Basically, if you want it for your event we can cater for it. 
Pauls works closely with producers in order to offer authentic, genuine and where possible local products and produce. Most of our food and services offered are presented in a beautifully rustic, homely and quirky fashion. 
In the summer of 2016, Paul’s added another string to our bow with the opening of our first bistro restaurant, Pauls Kitchen in Oadby Leicestershire. Much like our catering, we offer premium food with professional, friendly service. Due to the immediate success, we’re already looking out for our next premises to allow us to bring our unique style to new customers.
